Corvus is a widely distributed genus of medium-sized to large birds in the family Corvidae. The genus includes species commonly known as crows, ravens, rooks and jackdaws.
Corvus is California Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from Cabernet grapes grown in two distinct regions. Half the grapes are grown in Lodi which lends up front fruit character and a smooth finish. The second half of the fruit is grown in Lake County to add a gentle acidity and smooth structure. The wine is barrel aged in French Oak for 28 months prior to bottling to aid in the balance and smooth texture.
Captivating aromas of watermelon, cherry blossoms and strawberries fill the glass. Light weight in the mouth with waves of bright passion fruit and peaches that roll across the palate. The wine has a perfectly balanced acidity and lingering finish
This limited release wine was grown in the famous Russian River Valley. The vineyard benefits from a cool climate that is heavily affected by the Pacific Ocean. This results in an elegant wine that demonstrates finesse and a silky texture.

The Avatar is hand selected from the very best rows in the very best vineyards of Croze. Three Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyards combine with the addition of Cabernet Franc from Oakville & Oak Knoll and Petit Verdot. Each varietal was harvested and fermented separately allowing for close monitoring through fermentation and aging, maxiimizing the depth and potential of this wine.
This wine was aged for 36 months in French Oak from the Never Forest!
