This beautifully dark purple Petite Sirah opens with black cherries and cassis leading to blackberry preserves and baking spices. This medium to full bodied Petite Sirah is balanced with firm tannins, fresh herbs and a peppery long finish.Production Notes
This wine received two week maceration and cold soak. 100% hand punch downs during fermentation. The wine was moved to barrel where it aged 26 months in 30% new French and American Oak.Winemaker Notes
