2019 Croze Family Reserve Chardonnay
TASTING PROFILE:
With bright acidity and deep complexity, this chardonnay has it all. It is perfumed in Fuji apple and brioche with hints citrus zest. The palate if full-bodied with tropical and citrus fruits that evolves to show structure and depth exemplifying our Old-World Style of fine wine. The acidity lifts the oak and keeps the finish going.
Production Notes
The grapes were hand harvested at night and pressed immediately upon arriving at the winery at 6am. The juice was left on the lees to settle for 48 hours before being rack into French oak barrels where it was fermented. This fine wine was aged sur lie for a full year with lees stirring every two weeks before being bottled.Wine Profile
