This organic field blend draws heavily on the classic Italian varietals (grown in California) of Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, and Maurino with a smattering of other varietals like Itrana, Grappolo, and San Felice. It has aromoas of frewh green tomoatoes and citirus rind with flavors of tomato and artichoke. This oil is loaded with polyphenols and is highly aromatic, and moderately bitter and dpungent.
